The mission ‘Reinventing the Future’ constitutes the soul of the Institute
for Corporate and Industrial Research (ICIR) as an enabling institution with
research and training capabilities backed well with strength of the parental
organization Samadhan which is today a well established the business solution
provider in the corporate world and able industrial link resource having
empowered nearing two thousand industries facilitating almost 50 sectors across
the nation. This is a challenging task taken up with zeal and ability by
ICIR to make the meaningful transition in careers of the next generation
wherein all efforts are made to integrate knowledge, skills and exposure to
real time industry in around 36 diverse sectors. ICIR has been shaped as a
finishing school platform to make choice of opportunities visible to the
graduates and beyond by direct ‘hands on’ experience and skill development. The
beneficiaries include students and pass outs at various levels from engineering,
management, commerce, science, arts from degree colleges, vocational
institutions and universities. Such career facilitation by ICIR is achieved by
holding quality trainings, and designing specific programmes which fulfill the
imperative need of skill development, and offer skilled and promising
professionals to the corporate world. The enabling domain that ICIR has created
will give the academically qualified youth a capacity to enter not only the
suitable careers as in-demand employees in industry but also decide if they
chose to be entrepreneurs themselves.
